Phil and I have spent the last 20 or so years raising a family and being very involved in our local church. Having newly achieved the status of empty-nesters, we have been praying about how we might serve God in new and different ways and how God might be challenging us to look at life differently. This trip is an opportunity for us to minister together in a part of the world we frankly can't imagine from our mid-western perspective. We are trusting that God is going to use us to minister in Haiti and use Haiti to do something in us that only He can imagine!
Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be the glory. Eph 3:20
